Not getting cold
- Is the door being opened/closed more than usual
- Have you just put up a large load of new groceries
- Is the door shutting properly – check for any obstructions or large objects
- If you have pets, check the coils for hair and dust – use a coil brush or vacuum to clean
Allow the refrigerator to cool for a couple of hours if you discover any of these to be the cause. If the temperature has not cooled considerably, call us immediately. We understand that food spoilage can run into hundreds of dollars and we will send one of our technicians out as soon as possible.

Not turning on
- Make sure the unit is plugged in
- Check for tripped circuit breakers – if breaker trips again when reset, do not attempt to reset a 2nd

Not draining
- Disconnect the power. Unplug the dishwasher or turn off its circuit breaker
- Check for any blockage like paper or large food particles covering and blocking the sump area at the back of the tub
- Check the drain hose where it connects below the sink for a kink in the hose or blockage
